lingkup sertifikasi ISO 9001 yang
pelaksanaannya bersamaan dengan
agenda Surveillence Audit tahunan.
During 2019, the Company
continues to improve the quality
of services to consumers through
the Quality Management System
ISO 9001: 2015 by adding a new
scope to ISO 9001 certification
where it was executed together
with the annual Surveillance
Audit.
