per share. As a result, the Company’s issued and fully paid shares increased to 3,990,277,158 from
1,995,138,579 shares.
• Despite the impact of the pandemic, the Company was still able to open 10 new outlets, one of which
carries the Taco Bell brand as a testament to the Company’s dedication to provide quality products and
service to customers and to strengthen its visibility in the quick service restaurant business.
