1. UMUM 1. GENERAL

PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (“Perusahaan”) PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”) was
didirikan berdasarkan Akta Notaris Sri Rahayu, incorporated based on the Notarial Deed No. 20 of
